Team Role In Scrum – Team Responsibilities

Team (not to be confused with Scrum team, Scrum Team consists of a Scrum Master, a Product Owner and a Team of 5 to 7 designers).

  • Team consists of 5 to 7 cross-functional designers/programmers who actually do the actual development work as per Product Owner’s specifications.

  • Team is self-organizing, matured and highly committed group of members. They proactively take ownership of tasks and other development.

  • Team has high degree of autonomy and accountability.

  • Team not only develops the product but also provides ideas to improve the product to product owner.

  • Team is focused and generally doesn’t multitask.

  • Team members should have high team spirit.
